Lemon Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients
Cake:- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
- 1 8-ounce cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Put the Flexipan® Mold or Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Pour two thirds of the batter in the Mold and use the other third for muffins or a small cake (the Daisy Mold is perfect for a small cake).
- Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours – or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Mix glaze ingredients at high speed until thick enough to pour over the cake.
- Slice lemons and oranges with the Mandoline and fill the center of the cake.
- Simply beautiful!
