Ingredients

  • 1 sweet onion, diced thin
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons French Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced in strips
  • 2 cloves garlic and 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 yellow and 1 green zucchini squash, cut julienne style
  • 3 large carrots, cut julienne style
Mustard Sauce
  1. Sauté onion, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano in olive oil in the Demarle Différence® Sauce Pan.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of the mustard and whisk.
  3. Lower heat and add whipping crème.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes.
  5. While the sauce is chilling, sauté vegetables until tender in olive oil and seasonings.
  6. Cover and set aside.
Meat and Vegetables
  1. Sauté Chicken strips in olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic until brown and tender.
  2. Cover and set aside.
  3. Remove sauce from refrigerator and place in Demarle Différence® Sauté Pan.
  4. Whisk under low heat until thoroughly heated.
  5. Place 1 serving of chicken on individual serving plate. Top with one serving of julienne vegetables and cover with mustard sauce. Serve immediately.
  6. Repeat for each guest and Enjoy!
