Pumpkin Pie Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 15 ounce package refrigerated piecrust dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place Mini-Tartlet Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. Roll out dough on Roul'Pat® and use Dough Cutter to cut 30 circles and Shaper to form shells in Mini-Tartlet Tray.
  4. In a Mixing Bowl, combine milk, pumpkin, flour, spices, eggs, salt, and sugar and mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into pie shells.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
