Pumpkin Pie Tartlets

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 15 ounce package refrigerated piecrust dough
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Place Mini-Tartlet Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Roll out dough on Roul'Pat® and use Dough Cutter to cut 30 circles and Shaper to form shells in Mini-Tartlet Tray.
- In a Mixing Bowl, combine milk, pumpkin, flour, spices, eggs, salt, and sugar and mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour filling into pie shells.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
