Return Policy

Please note that Demarle at Home offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. When a customer is dissatisfied with any Demarle at Home product, the customer may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange. In all cases, the Independent Representative or Demarle at Home must be notified within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Information required for all returns or exchanges:
- Sales Order Number
- Date the order was placed
- Products to be returned
- Reason for return request
- Address the order was shipped to
- Indicate if product is to be replaced by the same item, exchanged for a different item of a lesser value or refunded
- Handling Product(s) with Care. Please package all items being returned very carefully. All sharp and pointed product(s) must be securely packaged in the original case or protective sleeve. If this protection is not available, sufficiently pack the product(s) so that the sharp points or edges do not cut through packaging during shipment. Do not include any unapproved items in the carton, as this will delay processing.
- Prepaid Return Arrangements. For all warranty and manufacturer defect items, prepaid arrangements will be available to return product(s). We will arrange for a prepaid return label to be issued.
- Shipping Charges. After 30 days from the ship date, return packaging and any applicable shipping charges will be the responsibility of the Customer.
- Processing of Request. All return or exchange requests will be processed upon receipt of the returned products.
